MFIP collects your ERP and shop-floor data over a secure outbound link, normalises it into one model, closes your periods against your own control totals, and publishes figures that trace back to the rows behind them.
An agent runs inside your network, reads your data read-only, and pushes out over HTTPS on 443. No open port, no exposed database, no VPN. MFIP never writes to your financial system.
A published data contract defines exactly what you supply. Rows that fail validation are held and named, never silently dropped. Rows deleted at your end are marked and stay readable.
Every import is idempotent on your own record identifiers, so a retried batch cannot double-count. Interrupted runs resume from where they stopped.
A period will not close unless it reconciles to the control totals you supply. Snapshots are immutable and versioned; reopening one requires a stated reason and is recorded against every figure it restates.
A figure that cannot be trusted comes back withheld and says why — “production is 4 days old against a 15 minute cadence” — never as a zero somebody quotes in a board pack.
Every published figure carries its formula and version, the inputs it consumed, and the row counts behind it. Click any number on the dashboard and see what produced it.
Each plan is enforced by the software rather than by an invoice. Your own people sign in and see only your company’s figures.

Prices in USD, billed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. If a licence lapses the platform turns read-only — figures already published stay readable and exportable, and nothing is ever deleted.
Thresholds and cadences are defined and nothing alerts on them yet. The monitoring console shows a feed that has gone quiet — if somebody looks.
The open order book cannot be rebuilt for an earlier period, because a shipped quantity carries no date. Receivables, payables, inventory and cash are all rebuilt correctly from dated flows.
We host it and onboard you. That is why a pilot is the sensible first step, and why the fee comes off your first year rather than being charged twice.
